Refund policy

RETURNS and EXCHANGES
To be eligible for a RETURN, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for an EXCHANGE, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt or if you would like a different size. We will not accept worn merchandise and the customer will be responsible for having the package shipped back to them. Please send us an email at lolamaycrochetinfo@gmail.com with any questions.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received, inspected and approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days depending on your financial institution. Please note that a refund can only be sent to the original payment method. If you no longer have access to that payment method, please contact the bank or agency for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent.
